1. About Stellaire Atelier
Stellaire Atelier Enterprise operates a curated silver fashion jewellery retail business based in Malaysia. We source products from independent ateliers, manufacturers and other sourcing partners. We do not operate our own production line.
2. Using the website
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the store. You must have the legal capacity required to enter into the relevant purchase or act with any consent required by applicable law.
3. Product information
We aim to describe each product clearly using the information available for the individual piece. Material descriptions may be based on information supplied by our sourcing partners together with the hallmark carried by the piece. A hallmark or supplier statement is not presented as an independent laboratory assay or certification by Stellaire Atelier unless we explicitly state otherwise for that particular product.
Production methods can differ between products. Some pieces may involve handcrafted work while others use different methods. We only describe a product as handcrafted where the information available for that item supports that description.
Photographs are intended to represent the actual product as accurately as reasonably possible. Colour, scale and reflections may still appear different because of lighting, screens and photography. Where natural or handmade elements are specifically present, small individual variations may occur.
4. Orders and availability
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment and availability. Some Stellaire pieces may be stocked in very limited quantities. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it unless Shopify expressly indicates otherwise.
If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide the appropriate options, which may include a refund to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices and any applicable delivery charges are shown through the store and checkout. Payment methods can change over time and are the methods made available at checkout when you place the order. Please check the order total before confirming payment.
6. Shipping
Our standard online delivery service is within Malaysia. International orders may be considered only on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to separately agreed delivery terms. Please read our Shipping Policy for current processing and delivery information.
7. Returns, defects and refunds
Ready-stock items are generally final sale for change-of-mind purposes. Suspected damaged, defective, wrong or materially different items should be reported promptly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Where goods are accepted as defective or materially different from what was ordered, Stellaire Atelier will bear the reasonable cost of re-delivery or return shipping where required by applicable law. Nothing in our store policies excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Warranty
We do not provide a separate fixed-term commercial warranty. Any mandatory rights relating to goods remain unaffected.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website copy, branding, trademarks, layout, original photography and other content owned by or licensed to Stellaire Atelier may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission, subject to rights provided by law.
10. Website availability and liability
We may update, correct or temporarily suspend parts of the website. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stellaire Atelier is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Disputes
If you have a concern about an order, please contact us so that we can try to resolve it reasonably before formal escalation. This does not prevent you from exercising any right available under applicable law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Where an accepted order is subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot legally be displaced, those protections remain applicable.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our business practices, store features or legal requirements change. The version applying to an order will be considered together with applicable law and the terms presented at the relevant time.
