Processing times vary depending on product availability and sourcing. Estimated timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.

2. Sourcing Disclosure

Stellaire Atelier operates a curated sourcing model. Jewellery is obtained from independent ateliers and production partners, and availability or processing times may vary accordingly.

3. Shipping Destinations & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Delivery times depend on destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, VAT/GST, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. We are unable to estimate or control these charges.

5. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods, except where otherwise required or restricted by applicable law.

6. Out-of-Stock Situations

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a full refund, store credit, or an alternative item of equal value.
