Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 03 February 2026

1. General Policy

Due to hygiene considerations and the nature of jewellery, items are generally considered final sale. This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights, including withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Defective Items

Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence. This reporting timeframe does not limit or replace statutory rights relating to defective goods.

3. Exclusions (Not Considered Defects)

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Normal wear, oxidation, tarnishing, or plating fade

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used (PayPal or HitPay). Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws in Malaysia, the EU, the UK, the U.S., or other jurisdictions.
